Bo Evans is the Broker/Co-owner of Bo Evans Realty. Bo is a native of Prattville, Alabama and is a graduate of Prattville High School. Bo has a BA from the University of Alabama and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Auburn University. Bo has been an active real estate salesperson and broker since 1991, in this time he has sold and managed over $100,000,000 worth of real estate in Central Alabama. Bo has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Broker and Certified Residential Specialist designations from the National Association of Realtors and is a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute. In addition to his real estate license, Bo is also a licensed homebuilder and is the managing partner of BDE Homebuilders, LLC.
Thelma Evans, GRI
Thelma, otherwise known as “Punkin”, is the operations manager and
Co-Owner of Bo Evans Realty and BDE Homebuilders, LLC. Thelma is a native of
Wetumpka, Alabama and is a graduate of Wetumpka High School and holds a BA in
Accounting from Troy University. Prior to entering the real estate profession,
Thelma spent twenty five years in the insurance industry where she served in
various accounting roles. Thelma is a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute.
Bo and Thelma have one son, Bryant, who is currently a student at the University
of Alabama.
Carol Armstrong
Carol is the Executive Assistant to Bo and Thelma. Her many roles and duties
include tenant and owner relations, maintenance processing and a variety of
other roles within our organization. Carol is a graduate of Wetumpka High School.
She has three children, Maegan, Drew and BB and one granddaughter, Anna.
